3. Trading Risks

4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. Tecrionex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users, including but not limited to: market manipulation, money laundering, unauthorized access to other accounts, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tecrionex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
